All of our venues are located in Orange NSW, with our larger conferencing rooms at The Orange Ex-Services' Club.
The Orange Ex-Services' Club Group has a number of venues each with their own function spaces.
Orange Ex-Services' Club is located on Anson Street, in the heart of the CBD which has a number of spaces for all occasions.
The Wentworth Orange is a short drive from town on Ploughman’s lane which has a function space overlooking the 18-hole golf course.
The Country Club (lawn bowls club) located next to the Orange Base Hospital just off Forest Road.
We cater for all events including live entertainment, weddings, corporate functions, conferences, birthdays, wakes and community gatherings.

Our facilities can accommodate anywhere between 5 people for a small meeting or 450 people for a large corporate conference.

Our Events office operates from Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.
Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. The amount and timing will be confirmed when you book. Tentative bookings can be placed on hold for a 10-day period.
Room hire covers a full day, including cleaning and setting up tables and chairs to match your floor plan.
Final payment is due before your event as per your booking agreement.
Final numbers and any dietary needs must be confirmed at least 10 working days before your function.
Yes, we have a full range of catering options including plated meals, buffets and cocktail-style menus.
Please note that external catering is not permitted. All food for your event must be provided through the Club.
Absolutely. Just let us know your requirements in advance and make sure we have the final details on time.
Yes, celebration cakes are welcome. Some conditions or fees may apply.
We offer bar packages and tabs. All alcohol must be supplied by the club as we’re a licensed venue.
Yes, our events team is happy to arrange a site visit so you can see the rooms in person.
We provide the standard room setup, and we can also style and decorate your event. You are welcome to organise extra decorations if you wish, just check with us first.
Yes, you can. We can also recommend trusted local suppliers if you need some suggestions.
Access times will be confirmed before your event and depend on room availability.
Yes, we have a convenient multi-storey car park on site for all guests.
Yes, we have accommodation as part of the club complex, making it easy for guests attending your event. We also offer discounts for guests attending functions hosted by the club.
Yes, all venues are accessible.
Cancellations may incur fees depending on how much notice you give. Full details are in your booking agreement.
Yes, but there are some restrictions, like no confetti, open flames or anything that could damage the room.
Yes, children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
