KidsFest: April School Holidays

Join us at the Orange Ex-Services' Club and The Wentworth Orange throughout the April School Holidays! The OESC is buzzing with excitement as we have a range of kid-friendly activities lined up! From Monday 14th - Thursday 24th April, we invite you to join us for an array of fun, laughs and epic memories!

Adults you are welcome to *drop and dine with us! We will entertain your little people while you have a coffee at our Coffee Shop, a drink at Northcott Bar or some lunch at Diggers or The Wentworth. Kids are welcome to dine with you too and you can take advantage of a $10 kids meal deal on offer each day within Diggers and The Wentworth!

Enjoy a relaxing night out while your kids have a blast at our Movie Night! They’ll enjoy a delicious dinner with popcorn for dessert as they watch a fun movie, while you unwind and have your own dinner. It’s the perfect way for parents to relax while the kids are entertained! Receive one (1) FREE Kids meal with any Wenty Classic, Mains or Salad* purchased. Tickets include the movie and popcorn.

Join our Junior Golf Clinic with the Wentworth Golf Professional to learn proper techniques and improve your game. Perfect for young golfers, this fun session offers skill development and a great time on the course!

Join our pizza making classes led by our talented OESC chefs! Discover the art of crafting and baking pizzas while earning your very own chef's hat. Kids will get to shape their dough, add their own toppings, hand it to our Chefs to cook and then enjoy their self made lunch.. how cool!

Get ready to dance and have a blast at our School Holiday Disco with DJ Raphi! Kids can groove to the latest tunes, show off their dance moves, and enjoy an epic time on the dance floor. It’s the ultimate holiday party with great music, facepainting, and non-stop excitement!

Important Notes

• Please note that if your little one is 5 and under you must remain with them for all kids activities. 

• For kids aged 6-14 you are welcome to drop and dine.  Enjoy OESC/The Country Club outlets but please remain in the venue whilst your child is taking part in an activity.

• Please ensure your contact information is correct (mobile number of supervising parent or guardian). We will use the information provided via this ticket purchase on the day if required.

Tickets to Shows and Events put on exclusively by the Orange Ex-Services’ Club are sold subject to the following conditions:

• To purchase tickets to any event you must be a member of this Club or a visitor* to the Club.

• Tickets may be sold by table and seat allocation

• Please enquire with Reception regarding Disabled or Ambulant seating and Companion Card Concessions.

• Local residents† who are not members cannot purchase tickets to an event.

• To attend any show, you must be a member of this Club, accompanied by a member or be a visitor* to the Club

• Possession of a show ticket does not guarantee entry to the Club, approved ID must be provided. Note: Accepted forms of photo identification only include the following; Driver’s or Rider’s Licence; Passport; Keypass Identity Card; Proof of Age Card; or NSW Photo Card

• Please check tickets at time of purchase as refunds or exchanges are not permitted.

• This Club takes no responsibility for the loss, damage or theft of tickets after purchase.

• All shows are restricted to those 18 years and above, unless otherwise stated. For shows deemed “All Ages” persons under the age of 18 years must be accompanied and remain at all times in the immediate company of a responsible adult.

• Please ensure you are seated at the correct table and seat as per your ticket to prevent any disruption. These allocations will be enforced and failure to comply will result in ejection from the ticketed event.

• Video cameras and Audio devices may not be used in the Auditorium.

• Telephone sales will incur a $3 processing fee.

• Please check with administration at time of purchase to determine whether the show is reserved or unreserved, seated or standing.

• Persons attending a show must dress as per the Clubs Dress Regulations.

• This Club reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If entry is refused or a person is asked to leave, no refund will be available.

• This Club reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary advertised programs as necessary.
