About the Role
The Orange Ex-Services' Club, one of the region’s largest entertainment and leisure facilities, is currently seeking a permanent (Part-Time or full-time) Store person to work in the Club's Inventory department.
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, handling, storing, and distributing club supplies across our multiple departments and venues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- All aspects of inventory control and the inventory cycle, including ordering, receiving, storing, stock rotation and distribution of inventory.
- Work Health Safety within each department and following procurement policies, procedures, and systems.
- Working in accordance with Food Safety requirements.
- Stock taking and stock control.
- Data entry and monitoring inventory par levels.
- Working closely with all operational areas at the Club, both front and back of house.
Requirements
• Current RSA Certificate.
• Current unrestricted driver’s license.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of Work Health Safety and a commitment to safe work practices.
• Experience in using forklifts and mechanical aids is an advantage; however, training and licensing can be provided.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
