Requirements This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the CEO, OESC President and Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO and OESC President you will have exceptional internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills and serve as a key point of contact within the business. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial as you work alongside the CEO and President. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Organise and manage the day-to-day activity of the Executive office. Perform all administrative duties as required by the CEO and President. Ideally, you will also have experience working in a large, complex, business environment. Candidates with advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to learn multiple internal systems, processes, and procedures will be highly regarded.
