In this key organisational role, you will be hands-on and driven by a passion for providing high-quality Australian cuisine across multiple venues, food outlets and menu styles. Requirements
Relevant trade qualifications and certificates.
At least three years of experience in a similar role, including high-volume production.
Ability to work autonomously and own your section.
Adhere to expected standards of food presentation and quality assurance.
Promote WHS in the workplace and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
