About the Role

The Orange Ex-Services’ Club is in search of a professional, dynamic, and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our dedicated team to work across our multiple venues - Orange Ex-Services’ Club, The Greenhouse of Orange, The Wentworth Orange, The Country Club & Mercure Orange.

This challenging permanent role assists the Marketing and Communications Manager in delivering the clubs Marketing Plan and will require an evidenced passion for both concept development and implementation strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the design, development, and execution of marketing material across our multi-business venues.

• Planning and executing promotional activities for the Club, including creating visually appealing advertising material, promotional displays, and internal screens artwork.

• Developing content, scheduling and on-going management of social media and online platforms.

• Manage community engagement programs with design and marketing components, to achieve increased patronage and community awareness.

• Support in managing public relations and media stakeholder engagement to enhance the club's visibility and reputation.

• Regularly update the club's website with new content, including upcoming events, promotions, and engaging blog posts.

• Assist in the management and rollout of club promotional collateral and internal promotional screens.

• Using the various membership and POS tools to extract data to build trends and profiles for our membership base and track the effectiveness of marketing activities.

• Using a DSLR camera and conducting in-house photo shoots of products and events, including image retouching/editing as required.

• Develop strong relationships with members and internal stakeholders, becoming the key contact for all club activities and promotions while supporting membership queries and general concerns.

• Ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.


Essential Criteria:

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

• Prior experience in a similar role and hold relevant degree qualifications in Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications.

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Photoshop) and Canva graphic design software highly desirable.

• Previous Club or Hospitality experience desirable but not essential.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a team setting.
