About the Role

This is your opportunity to secure a pivotal role at one of the most successful and progressive Registered Clubs in Regional NSW.

Requirements

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and results-driven Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the CEO, OESC President and Board of Directors. Reporting directly to the CEO and OESC President you will have exceptional internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills and serve as a key point of contact within the business.


A high level of professionalism and confidentiality are crucial as you work alongside the CEO and President.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Organise and manage the day-to-day activity of the Executive office.

  • Perform all administrative duties as required by the CEO and President.

  • Coordinate the completion of general business items such as business reports, board reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, presentations, and other papers.

  • Attendance at Board Meetings outside of normal business hours.

  • Assist the CEO and President with Board Elections, Annual General Meetings and other projects as required.

  • Oversee processes for Club Grants ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Respond to member and key stakeholder enquiries, fostering positive relationships.

  • Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.

 

You will demonstrate experience in a senior EA/PA role, where you have handled confidential and highly sensitive information. Your exemplary organisational skills, forward-thinking problem-solving approach, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines will ensure your success in this role.


Ideally, you will also have experience working in a large, complex, business environment. Candidates with advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to learn multiple internal systems, processes, and procedures will be highly regarded.

 

Critical to your success in this position will be your previous experience and a sound understanding of executive management, board, and corporate governance processes.

 

This fulltime role is remunerated in accordance with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020, Level A Manager plus 20% Exemption Rate and over award payment.
