About the Role
During this exciting time of development and growth in the Food and Beverage Department, the Club is now in search of experienced Food and Beverage Wait staff to work exclusively in our Functions and Events Department.
The Orange Ex-Services' Club is seeking to establish a dedicated Food and Beverage Event Wait Team that will work across our multiple venues and Event spaces to provide superior service to our Function and Event clients.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a high-performance Events team, setting high standards of service and positioning the Club as the venue of choice for all social and corporate events, including weddings, celebrations, trade shows, conferences, shows and entertainment and more. Extensive training will provide you with an opportunity to develop and refine your service skills.
Requirements
Just some of the tasks you will perform as a Food and Beverage Event Wait team member include:
• Setting and dressing event spaces, including decorations.
• Delivering Event specifications in real-time in accordance with Event Run Sheets.
• Serving Food and Beverages (RSA will be required) to Event clients.
• Tray and table service.
• VIP standards and service.
As a Food and Beverage Event Wait Team member, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Event Customer experience. To be eligible, you must embrace our industry and be available to work varying times and days, including weekends. You must also have your RSA and be prepared to get your RCG, if you don’t have them, we can help.
