Functions and Entertainment Manager
Orange Ex-Services’ Club Conference Centre offer first-class facilities and personalized service that's second to none. The centres flexibility enables us to cater for a wide variety of function formats, ranging from small intimate social groups to full-scale corporate conferences for 700 people. The conference centre, located on the first floor with easy access by lift or stairs, can be set up to suit the most exacting requirements.
The function rooms combine to create the perfect conferencing format with a mass presentation area serviced by eight breakout spaces. Options as well as conferences include trade shows, product launches, presentations and seminars. First-class accommodation is available at corporate rates for conference delegates in our adjoining Templers Mill Motel, which provides the last word in comfort and convenience. It has 47 spacious units, which include eight executive suites with spas, and two interconnecting. |

The conference centre and the motel are just a stone's throw from the main street shops. Motel guests are offered temporary membership, which entitles them to use all the club's modern facilities. The Conference Centre features state of the art audio-visual equipment and technical support facilities. Our on-site staff, trained in all aspects of conference operations, have the enthusiasm and professional know-how to make the organisation of the most complex project a pleasure.

Standard equipment like overheads, whiteboards, flip charts, TV and video systems, slide projectors, microphones and lecterns are all-inclusive with the hire of the conference rooms. All function rooms have phone lines or internet access. There's also full access to administrative or reception services including fax, email and photocopying. For maximum impact our movie screen and data projector are perfect for power point presentations. We can also do video presentations with full audio, which enables you to hold movie nights and promotional presentations as well. |

All function rooms have full bar facilities, phone line access, variable light settings & audio/visual capabilities. All
function rooms are located on the 1st floor, with easy access via
the lift or stairs. There is ample car parking for function patrons with access
to our carpark via the Byng Street entrance, located between our motel &
