MEMBERSHIP

Patrons can join anytime throughout the year with membership valid until the 31st of December each year.
Orange Ex-Services’ Club offers a number of membership options including:

Services’

Any person who has or is serving in any of H.M. Forces who is a financial member of an ex-service organisation.
Person must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years.
Annual Membership $5.00

Associate

Any person who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years may apply to be an Associate member.
Annual Membership $10.00

Social 3

Any person who holds a current aged, carers or disability pension may apply to be a Social member.
Person must have attained the age of eighteen (18) years.
Annual Membership $5.00

Please note annual membership fees do not include membership of ex-service organisations nor does it include membership to any intra clubs, these fees are in addition to Club membership.

Provisional Membership

As a provisional member of the Club you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the services we provide to members however you may experience some restrictions on entering member based promotions during your provisional period. Please refer to the individual terms and conditions of member promotions.

On acceptance of membership, by the Board of Directors, your membership card will be sent to you by mail.

Membership Card

On receipt of your new membership card, please sign the card immediately. Your signature will act as proof of ownership.
Your membership card must be shown to the door steward and swiped through the card reader in order for you to gain entry into the Club each time you visit.

We emphasise the importance of keeping your membership card in a safe place, as your card in the wrong hands can cause embarrassment to yourself and the Club. Please report a lost card to Club Administration.

Replacement cards will be issued for a fee of $5.50.

Under no circumstances is your card transferable or to be loaned to other persons.
